These Terms govern your use of IndexSubmit (the "Service"), available at indexsubmit.com and app.indexsubmit.com. The Service is operated by an individual developer under the name IndexSubmit (the "Operator", "we"). Contact: [email protected].
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
IndexSubmit helps website owners monitor indexing and search performance. With your authorization it reads your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data, submits URLs to IndexNow-compatible search engines, and produces reports and weekly insights, some of which are generated with an AI language model. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis; we do not guarantee that any page will be indexed, ranked, or shown in any search engine.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract; the Service is not for children. You may only connect sites you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Acceptable use
You must not: abuse or overload the Service or third-party endpoints; submit content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others; attempt to bypass plan limits or access controls; resell the Service without our written consent; or use the Service to violate the terms of Google or any other provider. We may suspend access to protect the Service or other users.
4. Plans, prices and taxes
The Service offers Free, Plus and Team plans. Current prices and limits are shown on our pricing page. Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes; applicable sales tax, VAT or similar taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location and added to the price. API and MCP access are available on the Team plan only. We may change plans or prices for future billing periods with prior notice. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you in advance whether an existing subscription continues at its current price or moves to the new price; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Payments and Merchant of Record
Paid plans are sold by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record: it processes your payment, collects and remits applicable taxes, and issues receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms and checkout terms, which govern the payment relationship with Dodo Payments. We do not receive your full card details.
6. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Because Dodo Payments processes cancellations around renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. If a renewal payment fails, paid features may be restricted until payment succeeds.
7. Your data and third-party services
You keep ownership of your data. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke Google access at any time in your Google account, and you can delete your account in the app. The Service depends on third-party services (including Google, Cloudflare, Dodo Payments and an AI model provider) whose availability is outside our control.
8. AI-generated insights
Insights are automatically generated suggestions based on summary statistics. They may be incomplete or wrong and are not professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, traffic or ranking. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to Dodo Payments, whose responsibilities are governed by its own terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create legal or security risk; where reasonable we will give notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and you may cancel and (for changes that are unfavourable to you) request a refund of the unused part of a paid period before the effective date. For minor changes, continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan law). Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If that fails, the dispute may be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the Operator's place of residence in the People's Republic of China; this does not prevent you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory consumer law gives you that right. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence, nor your rights against Dodo Payments under its own terms.
